I am a researcher at the Institute of Mathematics and Informatics of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences. I obtained my PhD in 2017 under the supervision of Tim Browning at the University of Bristol and previously I have been a postdoc at Leibniz University Hannover in the group of Ulrich Derenthal, at the Mathematics Institute of the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, working with CecĂlia Salgado and at the Max Planck Institute for Mathematics in Bonn.

My research is focused on some of the classical questions from the point of view of Diophantine geometry. More precisely, I have been interested in studying local-to-global principles for rational, Campana, Darmon and integral points in classes of algebraic varieties and how often counter-examples to them arise. To investigate such problems I have been combining geometric methods with tools from analytic and algebraic number theory.
